Final Courier Service Price
The final courier service price is formed as follows:
Final price = Total service price incl. VAT + Fuel surcharge + Toll surcharge
Fuel surcharge is an extra fee applied on top of the base courier service price including VAT. It is updated when the retail price per litre of diesel changes. Reference diesel prices are published on bg.fuelo.net. Changes are announced promptly on the company website.

Due to constantly rising fuel prices and uncertain situation in Europe and Bulgaria, until the situation stabilizes, the Fuel Surcharge value may change daily according to the officially announced retail price per liter of diesel fuel. The reference national average is taken from bg.fuelo.net. You will be promptly notified of any changes on the company website.
Fuel Surcharge Formation Terms
The Fuel surcharge and the toll surcharge are two separate add-ons applied on top of the tariff amount including VAT. The fuel surcharge percentage follows the table below using the Bulgarian reference diesel litre price (bg.fuelo.net). The toll surcharge is charged separately at a fixed 16%.

The fuel surcharge is set using the table below according to the national average diesel price per litre for Bulgaria published on bg.fuelo.net. When that price changes, the percentage in our tariff changes accordingly.

The column shows the fuel-surcharge percentage only. A 16% toll surcharge is added on top.
“Toll” surcharge
The toll surcharge applies to shipments delivered within the Republic of Bulgaria or sent from the territory of the Republic of Bulgaria. The rate follows updates to road toll scope and amounts under the regulation on mixed time-/distance-based charging for vehicle categories.
The current rate is published on the company website (fuel & toll) together with the fuel surcharge percentage.
