Cash on delivery is an optional courier service where the buyer pays for the ordered goods when receiving them. The courier acts as an intermediary — they collect the amount from the recipient and then pay it out to the sender. The payout is made by bank transfer on the next business day or in cash at a courier office.
The fuel surcharge and toll surcharge published on the company website at that time are added to the listed prices and fees including VAT!

Cash on delivery (COD) is an optional service whereby Evropat undertakes to collect from the recipient an amount specified in advance by the sender and pay it to the sender for the shipment. It assures the sender that the goods will be paid on time, and the recipient that they pay only for the goods they actually receive.
The postal money order (PMO) is a separate cash transfer service — distinct from standard cash on delivery with bank payout.
Cash payout of COD (postal money order) is possible — 2.40% (minimum €0.61) of the collected amount. An additional €3.07 surcharge applies for payout at the recipient’s address (address visit).

For shipments with the additional “cash on delivery” service, Inspection and/or Test are provided at no extra fee. For shipments without cash on delivery, Inspection and Test cost an additional €0.64 incl. VAT per shipment.
