Learn how the price of your shipment is calculated
How is weight calculated?
Billing is based on the greater of actual and volumetric weight. Volumetric weight is calculated by the formula: (L × W × H) / 6000.
For parcel shipments, the maximum weight per package is 31.5 kg, with dimensions up to 90×90×90 cm. Pallet shipments: the allowed pallet base is 120×120 cm, height up to 180 cm, weight up to 1000 kg; above 600 kg an additional fee of €12.78 incl. VAT applies for every started additional 100 kg.
Fuel surcharge and toll
The current fuel surcharge percentage is 20.00%. The percentage is updated daily according to the reference average diesel price from bg.fuelo.net. A toll surcharge of 16.00% is also charged — see the fuel and toll surcharge page.
Cash on delivery
Cash on delivery: 1.20% of the collected amount, minimum €0.61, plus fuel and toll surcharges under current policy.
Card payment via POS terminal: 0.80% VAT on the paid amount (no minimum fee) plus the fuel surcharge and toll surcharge amounts published on the website at that time.
Declared value
Declared value for shipments is the operator's contractual liability at a fee of 0.55% of the declared shipment value.
