Standard domestic deliveries are usually completed within 1–3 business days. International deliveries typically take 3–10 business days depending on the destination.

Yes — Saturday or designated holiday delivery to address is available for an extra €2.45 incl. VAT on top of standard delivery (per tariff).
We do not deliver on Sundays and public holidays unless this Saturday/holiday service is chosen.
Standard shipment (indicative): up to 30 kg and a maximum sum of the three dimensions of 200 cm.
Parcel: up to 31.5 kg per piece and dimensions up to 90×90×90 cm.
Pallet: 120×120 cm base, height up to 180 cm, up to 1000 kg; above 600 kg — surcharge of €12.78 incl. VAT per each additional 100 kg (per tariff).
For larger or non-standard shipments, please contact us for specialised services.
Core courier service: depending on the option you choose, this may include pickup from the sender’s address, shipment handling, transport and delivery to the recipient’s address or to an office.
If you request add-on services, their fees are added on top of the core service, after which fuel surcharge and toll surcharge apply per current policy.
Cash on delivery: 1.20% of the collected amount, minimum €0.61, plus fuel and toll surcharges under current policy.
Card payment via POS terminal: 0.80% VAT on the paid amount (no minimum fee) plus the fuel surcharge and toll surcharge amounts published on the website at that time.
Each shipment receives a unique number (waybill number) you can use to follow its progress. The easiest options are:

Use notifications you receive by email, Viber or SMS.
If delivery fails, the shipment is held at an Evropat office. The recipient is notified by email, Viber or SMS with instructions for pickup or a new delivery attempt.
Free office storage is up to 7 calendar days; afterwards the parcel is returned to the sender per the general terms.
